Percussionists for Hire

When you hire our percussionists, they gladly welcome song requests prior to and during the event, ensuring a customized playlist for each customer. With an extensive repertoire, you can select from a range of songs, and our percussionists are also open to mastering new tunes.

When thinking about a percussionist for hire, planning ahead is crucial. To secure availability, it's suggested to book your percussionist at least one year to six months in advance, particularly if your event falls within the peak wedding season (May - September) or on a Saturday.

When cancelling a booking with a hired percussionist within 24 hours after confirming the booking, you will get a full refund of the deposit minus 15% administration costs. If the cancellation takes place past the 24 hours after confirming the booking, the booking deposit will be non-refundable

When cancelling between 180 - 91 days before the event, 50% of the outstanding balance will be due.

When cancelling between 90-61 days before the event, 75% of the outstanding balance will be due.

When cancelling within 60 days before the event, 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.

In the case of a hired percussionist's cancellation due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will actively assist in finding a replacement artist promptly. If the replacement percussionist does not meet your preferences, a full refund will be arranged.

Our percussionist for hire will be on-site roughly one hour before the event to set up and ensure a quick sound check. All details regarding setup and take-down can be discussed directly with the percussionist after confirming the booking.

Our percussionists for hire can travel worldwide to perform at events. For car travel, they bring all the necessary equipment themselves. However, when flying, they are only able to carry a smaller percussion setup, while additional items like a PA system or larger percussion setups would need to be rented locally.
