Wedding Bands for Hire

The wedding band typically possesses extensive repertoire lists, allowing you to select your favorite songs. If there are a few songs not on the list that you'd love to hear, you can request them, provided there is sufficient time for the band to learn the new songs. In some cases, a small charge may apply, depending on the number of songs they need to learn.

For those considering hiring a wedding band, securing your booking sooner rather than later is crucial. To ensure availability, it is recommended to book your band at least one year to six months in advance, particularly for weddings planned during the peak season (May - September) or on a Saturday.

If you cancel a booking with a hired wedding band within 24 hours after confirming, you will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus 15% administration costs. After this initial 24-hour period, the booking deposit becomes non-refundable.

For cancellations made between 180 and 91 days before the event, 50% of the outstanding balance will be due. If the cancellation occurs between 90 and 61 days before the event, 75% of the outstanding balance will be due. Cancellations made within 60 days before the event will incur a 100% charge of the outstanding balance.

In the event that a hired wedding band cancels due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly assist you in finding a suitable replacement artist. If the replacement band is not deemed suitable, a full refund will be provided.

The scheduled arrival time for the booked wedding band will be approximately 2 to 1.5 hours beforehand, depending on the size of the band. The takedown process is estimated to take around 1 hour and will be conducted immediately after the performance unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon. Specifics regarding setup and takedown can be discussed directly with the artists after the booking is confirmed.

The bands will supply all the necessary equipment for weddings in the UK, and some are even equipped to provide their services in the western part of Europe (Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Northern Italy, Northern Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Austria).

For weddings located beyond a feasible travel distance by car, our artists can fly to the destination. However, in such cases, local sourcing for equipment, including instruments, PA, and lighting, will be required.
