Dan’s love for magic started at a young age when he was watching the Paul Daniels Magic Show and being fascinated by all the tricks that Paul would show. He also remembers the trick his father did, producing a coin from behind Dan’s ear as he looked on in amazement at how his father managed it. With his parents being supportive of Dan’s dreams, they bought him a Paul Daniel Magic set for this 10th birthday. He started practicing for hours a day and started to learn how the magic was performed. Now he’s a member of the Hull Magicians Circle which in 2014 celebrated its 80th anniversary.
Since learning the basics when he was only 10 years old, Dan has spent a lot of time studying the art of magic and its many forms including watching other Magicians such as; Jay Sankey, Michael Ammar, Aldo Colombini, David Blaine, Derren Brown, Dynamo, and many more. Speaking to some of the artists, Dan realised that magic was for him as they spoke with such passion and enthusiasm that their words resonated and they have stuck with Dan since.
Dan is constantly working on his effects to keep the magic fresh, original and to perfect his techniques. He will amaze everyone at any event with all of his acts and will make sure your party is unforgettable.
