When considering hiring a bagpiper for your wedding, planning ahead is crucial. To secure availability, it is recommended to book your bagpiper at least one year to six months in advance, especially if your wedding falls within the peak season (May - September) or on a Saturday.

If you cancel a booking with a hired wedding bagpiper within 24 hours after confirming the booking, you will receive a full refund of the deposit minus 15% administration costs. If the cancellation takes place past the 24 hours after confirming the booking, the booking deposit will be non-refundable.

When cancelling between 180 - 91 days before the event, 50% of the outstanding balance will be due.

When cancelling between 90-61 days before the event, 75% of the outstanding balance will be due.

When cancelling within 60 days before the event, 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.

In the event of a hired wedding bagpiper's cancellation due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly assist in finding a suitable replacement artist. If the replacement bagpiper does not meet your preferences, a full refund will be arranged.

The hired wedding bagpiper will be on-site approximately one hour before the wedding performance starts, checking the performance location, finalizing preparations, and making any necessary wardrobe changes.

When you hire our wedding bagpiper, they are available to travel worldwide for events, bringing their instrument to any part of the world.
