Mixologists for Hire

The mixologists for hire will have their own menus with lots of drinks to choose from. You are of course more than welcome to create your own menu from their list or you can request another special drink you'd like them to make.

Securing a mixologist for your event is advisable sooner rather than later. To ensure availability, it's recommended to book your mixologist for hire at least one year to six months in advance, particularly if your event falls within the peak wedding season (May - September) or on a Saturday.

When cancelling a booking with a hired mixologist within 24 hours after confirming the booking, you will get a full refund of the deposit minus 15% administration costs. If the cancellation takes place past the 24 hours after confirming the booking, the booking deposit will be non-refundable

When cancelling between 180 - 91 days before the event, 50% of the outstanding balance will be due.

When cancelling between 90-61 days before the event, 75% of the outstanding balance will be due.

When cancelling within 60 days before the event, 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.

In the event that a hired mixologist cancels due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly assist you in finding a suitable replacement artist. If the replacement mixologist doesn't meet your satisfaction, a full refund will be provided.

The hired mixologist will arrive roughly 1.5 - 2 hours beforehand to set up the bar and have everything ready to start making the drinks for all the guests.

Our mixologists are able to travel all over the UK. Luckily the mixologists we offer are a bit spread out through the country, so they might be local to your chosen venue.
