Even when they are only there to perform for a couple of hours, it is often still a long day as they also need to travel to the location, set up and take down again after.
For our DJs we usually ask for 1.5 hours setup time, which gives all of our DJs more than enough time to set everything up, tidy up and do a quick sound check.
When a live musician performs together with a DJ they usually arrive 1 hour - 30 minutes beforehand as they only need to plug in a microphone. When they perform as a solo artist they will arrive roughly an hour beforehand so they can set up their PA system and do a sound check.
Additional entertainment services will arrive between 1.5 - 1 hour beforehand depending on how much they need to set up.
All timings regarding setup and take down can be discussed directly with the artists and entertainment providers after the booking is confirmed.
All of our artists are able to travel all over the globe to perform at events.
Some of our artists are even able to provide equipment for events all over the UK and the western part of Europe (Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Northern Italy, Northern Spain, Germany, Switserland, Austria).
When the event will be beyond travel distance by car are artists can fly to the destination. However, when flying, equipment such as sound, lighting and DJ equipment would need to be arranged by the client (or venue).
